The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable supporting users through every stage of a Windows 11 deployment project. ## Description We're hiring a Windows Deployment Technician for a 2+ month contract supporting a large-scale Windows 11 migration and Dell laptop deployment project. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with strong desktop support experience who enjoys working directly with end users in a fast-paced enterprise environment. In this role, you'll deploy Windows 11 laptops, assist users with Microsoft 365 setup, coordinate deployment schedules, track hardware assets, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the migration process. If you have experience with Windows deployments, laptop refresh projects, desktop support, imaging, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or Intune, we'd love to hear from you.
