## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience required.
 * BA/BS degree - may substitute additional years of experience.
 * Must possess and maintain a SECRET Clearance.
 * Must meet DoW 8570 requirements and be eligible for IAT level II (Security+ or equivalent) access.
 * Must have solid understanding of common IT infrastructure services to include DNS, DHCP, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
 * Must have active CSA ServiceNow Certification.

 * Experience supporting multinational customers preferred.
 * Experience with user, administrative and service account creation, and management.
 * Experience with direct customer support for both internal and external customers.
 * Experience with implementing and maintaining systems documentation.
 * Experience with developing training for both internal and external customers.
 * Experience with ServiceNow, MECM, and Exchange technologies.

## Description

* Engineer, administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including incident, problem, change, request, knowledge, and CMDB modules.
 * Support upgrades, patches, and platform performance tuning.
 * Create, modify, and manage form layouts, lists, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
 * Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues and user requests.
 * Work with process owners to improve and automate workflows.
 * Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures.
 * Support integration of ServiceNow with external systems (APIs, MID servers, etc.).
 * Monitor platform security roles, access controls (ACLs), and user permissions.
 * Provide end-user support and training as needed.
