Plusses: * Experience forking/extending existing design systems vs. greenfield builds * Exposure to DesignOps and maturing design organizations * Experience with ANT Design or similar enterprise frameworks * Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, etc.) used responsibly to enhance-not replace-hands-on work * Accessibility (WCAG) knowledge (nice-to-have, not required) ## Description Insight Global is seeking a UI/UX Designer for a customer of ours in the fintech space. This individual will play a critical role in building and governing a scalable design system, helping to establish foundational standards, processes, and best practices within a growing design organization. This is a technical, design-first role that requires deep experience in design system architecture and strong collaboration with engineering teams.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in less structured environments and can take ownership of design system development from the ground up.
