Preferred Education and Experience * Associate/Diploma in IT or Computer Science related field. * Previous helpdesk or call center experience. ## Description Summit Line Construction is looking for a qualified and energetic individual to join our I.T. Department and who will also be a complement to the company and its culture. Qualified persons to be considered will already have some professional background with I.T. experience, have great I.T. related troubleshooting skills specifically with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Network Stack, Server Administration, Printers, Apple IOS and Android mobile devices. Also, can effectively balance speed and quality of work while multi-tasking end-user support, able to maintain good composure in stressful situations, be an effective, honest, a respectful communicator, and be diligent in the planning and the execution of tasks.
