## Description

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Recruiter to lead specialty recruiting efforts across multiple office locations. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a direct impact while working approximately 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

 * Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for professional positions from sourcing through offer acceptance.
 * Partner with firm leadership to understand hiring priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
 * Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
 * Source candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting resources.
 * Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluate qualifications and overall fit.
 * Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
 * Create compelling job postings and manage recruiting activity across multiple platforms.
 * Develop relationships within academic and industry networks to strengthen future hiring efforts.
 * Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records.
