 * Erfahrung mit Git und agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (SCRUM/ Kanban)
 * Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit GenAI
 * Ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit und eine analytische Denkweise
 * Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Beratung unserer Kunden (mindestens C1)
 * Reisebereitschaft im Rahmen der Consulting Tätigkeit
