## Description

* Betreuung und Überwachung der Client-Infrastruktur, Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen 1st und 2nd Level End User Supports über eine IT-Service-Hotline mit globalen Ticketsystemen und Eskalation an zentrale IT-Teams
Dokumentation und Kommunikation von Prozessen, sowie Änderungen an der Client-IT-Infrastruktur und Software-Rollouts
Kommunikation über verschiedene Kanäle wie Telefon, E-Mail, Chat, usw.
Teilnahme an Meetings, Telefonkonferenzen, Online-Trainings, usw.
Umgestaltungsarbeiten an der IT-Infrastruktur, einschließlich Serverräume, Schaltschränke, Verkabelung, usw.
Einrichtung und Wartung von neuem IT-Equipment wie Druckern, PCs und mobilen Endgeräten
