* Planung, Steuerung sowie Implementierung unserer Software in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Teams
 * Einrichtung neuer Kunden-Center sowie Pflege relevanter Daten im CRM (Zoho)
 * Durchführung von Webinaren, Vor-Ort-Schulungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender in Autohäusern
 * Auswertung von Zufriedenheitsbefragungen sowie die systematische Analyse von Nutzerfeedback und Weitergabe an die Produktentwicklung
 * Übergabe an Support sowie Nachbereitung inkl. Zufriedenheitsabfragen und Optimierungen
