## Description

Als LLM Engineer verstehst du das Potential von KI und insbesondere LLMs, verfolgst die aktuelle Entwicklung und wendest dieses Wissen an, um reale Probleme für verschiedenste Branchen, Projekte und Produkte zu lösen.

 * Entwicklung: Du entwickelst in kleinen eigenverantwortlichen Teams (Automatisierungs-) Lösungen durch die Kombination von LLMs und Softwareengineering
 * LLM-Optimierung: Du optimierst LLMs mittels Finetuning, Prompting und RAG
 * Agentenbasierte Workflows: Du entwickelst agentenbasierte LLM-Workflows
 * Coding-Assistenten: Du entwickelst, testest und dokumentierst unter intensivster Nutzung von LLM-basierten Coding-Assistenten
 * End-to-End: Du bist von der Konzeptionierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme an der Entwicklung beteiligt
 * LLM-Security: Du verfolgst aktiv neue Angriffs-Vektoren gegen LLMs und entwickelst Maßnahmen, die diesen immer einen Schritt voraus sind
