## Description

* Durchführung von Performanceanalysen und Projekten zur Systemoptimierung
 * Überwachung, Ausbau und 3rd-Level-Support für unsere Plattform
 * Problemanalyse bei Störungen innerhalb der Infrastruktur
 * Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Lösung von Störungsmeldungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd-Level-Support
 * Installation bzw. Migration von unserer Produktlösung
 * Planung und Weiterentwicklung der benötigten Tools und Umgebung
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung festgelegter IT-Standards
