## Description

* Selbstständige telefonische Bearbeitung eingehender Störungen im Rahmen des Second Level Supports
 * Analyse und Fehlerbehebung von VPN-Lösungen im Kunden- und Eigenbetrieb
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung, Bewertung und Durchführung von Changes innerhalb des IT-Services
 * Mitwirkung im Test- und Qualitätsmanagement in der Rolle des Testers
 * Installation und Konfiguration von VPN-Lösungen unter Einhaltung geltender Sicherheitsvorgaben
 * Pflege, Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung technischer Dokumentationen
