## Description

* Du entwickelst die IT-Strategie und Medientechnologie-Roadmap, treibst die digitale Transformation voran und sicherst skalierbare Cloud-Technologien für unser TV- und E-Commerce-Unternehmen
 * Du etablierst Infrastructure as Code mit PowerShell, Terraform und GitLab zur Automatisierung unserer IT-Infrastruktur und AI-Integration
 * Du führst ITSM-Prozesse nach ITIL ein, optimierst Incident-, Change- und Release-Management und definierst SLAs für optimale Service-Qualität
 * Du verantwortest Microsoft Azure und AWS Cloud-Infrastruktur, integrierst moderne Services und sicherst die Skalierung unserer TV-Streaming- und Broadcast-Technologien
 * Du steuerst komplexe IT-Transformationsprojekte im Media-Bereich und managst externe Technologiepartner für Live-Produktionen
 * Du führst ein 12-köpfiges IT- und Media-Technology-Team, entwickelst Organisationsstrukturen weiter und förderst eine innovative, agile Arbeitskultur
