* Operative Steuerung des Projektportfolios und der Projekt-Pipeline
 * Erstellung von Portfolio-Berichten
 * Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Project Advisory Board Terminen
 * Weiterentwicklung des Workflows für Projektanträge
 * Optimierung des Berichtswesens und Pflege der Projektdokumentation
 * Entwicklung und Pflege von PM-Standards, Methoden und Templates nach PRINCE2
 * Optimierung von Prozessen im Projekt-, Projektportfolio- und Ressourcenmanagement
 * Einführung neuer Funktionen und Betreuung von Projektmanagement-Vorlagen
 * Coaching und Schulung zu Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Werkzeugen
 * Unterstützung der Ressourcen- und Personaleinsatzplanung
 * Erstellung von Statusberichten und Projektplänen
 * Qualitätssicherung sowie Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Workshops
