 * Durch Fernwartung per Remote-Zugriff bei Systemstörungen inkl. Problemanalyse und Lösungsumsetzung
 * Wissensmanagement durch Dokumentation von Lösungen und Pflege technischer Dokumente
 * Spaß daran sich immer wieder neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen
