 * Erfahrung mit Firewall-Systemen, VLAN/Routing/Switching sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit VPN- und Richtfunktechnologien
 * Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, idealerweise nach BSI IT-Grundschutz
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen (z. B. TOPdesk) und im 2nd-Level-Support
 * Erfahrung mit der Softwarepaketierung für Softwareverteilung sind wünschenwert, idealerweise Matrix 42 Empirum
 * Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
 * Führerschein Klasse B
