## Description

* IT-Support für das in Outlook integrierte Dokumentablagesystem sowie für interne KI-Systeme
 * Bearbeitung von Tickets sowie vollständige, qualitätsgesicherte Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
 * Unterstützung bei Testing, Fehlerreproduktion und Fehlerbehebung
 * Mitarbeit an kleineren Automatisierungen (z. B. via Power Automate) und Übernahme kleiner Programmier-/Skript-Aufgaben (z.B. Datenaufbereitung, kleine Tools)
 * Mitwirkung an Schulungsunterlagen und Prozessdokumentationen sowie Durchführung von Schulungs-Workshops für Endanwender
 * Vor- und Nachbereitung von Abstimmungen, inkl. strukturierter Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben, Terminen und offenen Punkten
 * Unterstützung bei der Einführung eines Lizenzmanagement-Tools, Bilden Sie sich in unserer internen Baker Tilly Academy zu Themen weiter, die Sie interessieren und Sie in Ihrer beruflichen oder persönlichen Entwicklung voranbringen.
