Prozessoptimierung: Analyse und Gestaltung von *End-to-End-Prozessen zur Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen in enger Abstimmung mit direkten SAP Kollegen und den Fachbereichen

Wissensvermittlung: Konzeption und Durchführung von praxisorientierten Anwender- und Key-User-Schulungen sowie Workshops
