Required Professional Experience The candidate must have: * At least five years of experience designing digital products and applications. * At least five years of experience in UX/UI projects involving complex B2B, enterprise, or specialist software. * At least three years of experience planning, conducting, and evaluating user interviews, workshops, and usability tests. * At least five years of experience supporting end-to-end product development, from requirements analysis through implementation and continuous improvement. * At least three years of experience building, maintaining, and extending design systems and component libraries. * At least three years of experience collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and software development teams. * Experience translating complex functional and technical requirements into clear and practical user-centred solutions. * Experience supporting implementation, design quality assurance, rollout, and post-release optimisation. * Experience working in agile and interdisciplinary product teams. * Experience documenting UX research results, design decisions, and interaction concepts. The required experience should represent continuous, repeated, and substantial work in the relevant subject area rather than isolated or occasional assignments. The portfolio should preferably demonstrate: * B2B or enterprise application design * Complex workflows and specialist applications * UX research activities * User flows and information architecture * Wireframes and interactive prototypes * Design-system or component-library work * Usability and accessibility considerations * Collaboration with product and engineering teams * Evidence of design development from initial requirements through implementation Travel and Working Model * Willingness to travel for up to approximately 10% of working time is required. ## Description The position is part of a software engineering and application integration environment developing digital products for complex, security-sensitive operational processes. The solutions support critical information flows, structured decision-making, and digitally enabled business operations. Product development is carried out in agile DevOps teams with a strong focus on continuous improvement, automation, cloud technologies, connected systems, and emerging technologies.
