As part of the implementation of a shared Electronic Patient Record (EPR), you will play a vital role in ensuring patient information is accurate, complete and ready for migration into the new system. Your work will directly contribute to patient safety and support clinicians in delivering high-quality care. Working within the EPR Data Quality Team, you will review, validate and correct patient information held within our existing systems. You will use a range of reports to identify data quality issues and make appropriate corrections to ensure the successful migration of patient records.
