Join System C and play a key role in delivering smooth, well-planned software upgrades that bring real value to our users. About the role As a Software Upgrade Coordinator, you will support the scheduling, communication, and delivery of software upgrades across our customer base with an emphasis on our ambient listening AI products. You will work with colleagues across Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Implementation to ensure upgrades are delivered on time and with minimal disruption. This is a varied and people-focused role where ownership, collaboration and attention to detail really matter.
