Nice to Haves * Experience designing white-label platforms or multi-tenant SaaS products. * Understanding of modern web accessibility standards (WCAG). * Familiarity with animation and micro-interaction tools (e.g., Framer, Lottie). ## Description We are seeking a creative, user-centric Lead UI/UX Designer & Frontend Engineer to take complete ownership over the visual and interactive experience of our web platforms. This is a design-first hybrid role. Your primary superpower is UI/UX design, you will own the design direction for multiple distinct user interfaces tailored to different customer segments, white-label needs, and client personas. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will translate high-level product strategy into beautiful, intuitive digital experiences. Note on Coding: You do not need to be a full-stack wizard or tackle complex engineering architecture alone. You will be backed by a dedicated team of software engineers who will support implementation, handle heavy backend/logic integration, and help turn your designs into production-ready code., 1. UI/UX Design & Vision (Primary Focus 80%) * End-to-End Visual Ownership: Own the entire design process from discovery, wireframing, and user flows to pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI design for multiple customer-facing platforms. * Multi-Customer Platform Strategy: Design flexible, scalable interfaces that cater to diverse client workflows, distinct customer bases, or configurable UI modules. * Design Systems: Build, maintain, and evolve our Figma design system and component libraries to ensure visual cohesion across all platforms. * Strategic Alignment: Partner directly with the CPO to translate business vision and customer feedback into interactive prototypes and polished product features. 2.
