## About the Role

We are looking for candidates with both expertise and a passion for innovation. Requirements include, * High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred, * 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist and agentic AI.

 * 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience within ITSM environment
 * Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities
 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain CSA cert within 90 days
 * Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills
 * Must be a U.S. person

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in the ServiceNow design and development across our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has a strong development background, excellent analytical ability, and hands-on experience with ITSM ServiceNow modules including Now Assist., As an Sr ServiceNow Developer , your work will directly contribute to the success and stability of our ServiceNow environment. In this role, you will:

 * Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, etc.
 * Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements.
 * Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle
 * Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices.
 * Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments.
 * Participate in Agile software development efforts (standups, planning, grooming, estimation) to ensure quality delivery.
 * Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers.
