You will manage and inspire ahigh-impact digital engineering team focused on optimizing energy consumption,driving operational excellence, and elevating on-site employee comfort across acampus of buildings. This role blends technical leadership with innovation,overseeing mechanical operations, preventive maintenance, energy managementstrategies, and workforce development initiatives. You'll be at the forefrontof creating efficient, resilient building systems while ensuring a safe,comfortable, and engaging environment for employees every day. As part of CBRE's Engineering and Technical Servicesfunction, you'll help keep critical equipment and systems running at their best- supporting sustainable operations, continuous improvement, and exceptionalworkplace experience.
