## About the Role

* Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.
 * Experience supporting WAN, BAN, and LAN environments, including routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
 * Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network solutions.
 * Experience with STIG implementation, system hardening, cybersecurity compliance, and vulnerability remediation.
 * Experience performing patching, firmware updates, upgrades, and infrastructure sustainment activities.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Desired:

 * CCNA certification or equivalent networking experience.
 * Experience supporting DoD or Federal Government environments.
 * Experience with enterprise networking technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, or Palo Alto.
 * Experience supporting classified or mission-critical environments.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications and equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

## Description

* Design, configure, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure and computer systems.
 * Support WAN, BAN, and LAN environments, including routers, switches, wireless technologies, and related network devices.
 * Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity, security, and infrastructure issues.
 * Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, including system hardening, STIG compliance, and DISA/NCDOC security requirements.
 * Perform sustainment and maintenance activities, including patching, firmware updates, upgrades, and infrastructure modernization efforts.
 * Develop and maintain network documentation, configuration baselines, and technical procedures.
 * Collaborate with cybersecurity personnel, engineers, and customer stakeholders to support operational and security requirements.
 * Other duties as assigned or required.
