We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead enterprise-scale Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) data transformation and cloud modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong program management expertise, technical leadership, and hands-on experience with Azure-based data platforms., * Transaction Monitoring

## Description

* Lead end-to-end program planning, governance, execution, and delivery.
 * Manage integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, budgets, and executive reporting.
 * Drive FCC data transformation and cloud modernization initiatives.
 * Coordinate with architecture and engineering teams for solution design and delivery.
 * Oversee ETL/ELT processes, data models, data lineage, reconciliation, metadata, and platform integrations.
 * Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting requirements.
 * Manage data quality, governance, audit readiness, and control validation.
 * Identify and mitigate technical, delivery, compliance, and operational risks.
 * Lead Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project execution.
 * Manage release planning, testing, deployment, cutover, rollback, and hypercare activities.
 * Collaborate with business, compliance, risk, technology, architecture, audit, and vendor stakeholders.
 * Track project KPIs, business value realization, and operational improvements.
