* 7+ years of Windows Server Administration experience.
 * Strong experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
 * Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
 * Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, IIS, and PowerShell.
 * Experience with VMware HA, DRS, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and VM provisioning.
 * Experience with enterprise backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, or NetBackup.
 * Knowledge of SAN/NAS storage technologies.
 * Experience with server monitoring and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

 * VMware VCP certification.
 * Microsoft Windows Server certification.
 * Experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
 * Experience with SCCM, WSUS, MECM, or Intune.
 * Knowledge of VMware Horizon or NSX.
 * Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
 * PowerShell advanced scripting.
 * Utility or Energy industry experience is preferred.

## Description

* Administer and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
 * Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and virtual machine lifecycle.
 * Install, configure, patch, and maintain Windows servers.
 * Administer Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
 * Perform VMware provisioning, VM migration (vMotion), cloning, snapshots, and resource optimization.
 * Monitor system health, performance, capacity, and availability.
 * Perform server patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
 * Manage storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
 * Troubleshoot Windows, VMware, networking, storage, and virtualization issues.
 * Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
