## About the Role

* Previous, professional IT experience, particularly in a managed services environment
 * Knowledge of standard network technologies
 * Experience with any virtualization platform
 * Experience with a Microsoft Domain of any size
 * Experience with a Microsoft Office 365 tenant of any size

A candidate would be particularly interesting if they had:

 * Experience in a solution-developing capacity
 * Experience with automation such as imaging, poweshell, and rmm, * professional IT: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * CompTIA Certification (Preferred)
 * Microsoft certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

 * Walled Lake, MI 48390 (Required)

## Description

* Performing planned maintenance on Windows servers, testing backups, etc.
 * Following up on issues logged by RMM, AV, Defender, Intune, etc.
 * Troubleshooting more complex issues identified by the dayshift
