## About the Role

* Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
 * Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
 * Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools.
 * Excellent written English communication skills.
 * Creative mindset with attention to detail.
 * Basic knowledge of jewelry, fashion, or luxury brands is a plus.

## Description

We're looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to grow BAUTLR's online presence and build an engaged community across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities

 * Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
 * Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
 * Write compelling captions and hashtags.
 * Design graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
 * Respond to comments and direct messages.
 * Monitor trends and suggest new content ideas.
 * Collaborate with influencers and content creators.
 * Track performance and provide monthly analytics reports.
 * Help grow BAUTLR's audience organically.
