This role emphasizes streamlined processes, continuous monitoring, and comprehensive data gathering throughout the project lifecycle., * Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of Apache NiFi or a strong willingness to learn about NiFi dataflows, processors, queues, controller services, bulletins, and monitoring techniques. * Organizational Skills: Exceptional organization and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple customers, tracking requirements, action items, blockers, and milestones effectively. * Monitoring Experience: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, CloudWatch, NiFi dashboards, or other operational status tools. * Technical Aptitude: Basic Linux familiarity, strong technical aptitude, and a willingness to learn about application support, data engineering, cloud operations, and production troubleshooting.
