Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident capable of passing a standard federal background suitability check., * Certifications: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is highly preferred; active Prosci Certification is a strong plus. * HR Specialization: Deep experience guiding teams through Oracle HR/HCM (Human Capital Management) implementations, HR Shared Services transformations, or organizational restructuring. * Sector Experience: Previous experience consulting for or working directly within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or other large federal agencies. ## Description We are seeking a high-caliber Change Management Specialist & Oracle Trainer to lead people-side transformation strategies and end-user education for a major modernization initiative within the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). In this full-time corporate role, you will work 100% on-site in Washington, D.C. to act as the driving, visible force behind aligning staff, shifting organizational culture, and accelerating system adoption., * Execute Change Frameworks: Build, scale, and execute comprehensive change strategies utilizing both the Prosci ADKAR model and Kotter's 8-Step framework.
