Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external teams; ability to develop trust, cooperation, and mutual respect ## Description We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Data Retrieval Platform team at HDAI. This team is the backbone of HealthVision - owning the systems that transform, store, and serve the data that clinicians and care teams see every time they open the platform. You will design and build the distributed services and APIs that make that data fast, reliable, and accurate at scale. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where requirements shift and perfect specs are rare. At HDAI, the ability to make sound decisions under ambiguity and move work forward independently is as important as technical depth. You will collaborate closely with ML Operations, Data Engineering, and Frontend Engineering teams, and your work will directly influence the quality of care insights delivered to health systems across the country. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong ownership, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly across teams.
