* Strong computer, analytical, and people skills
 * Strong troubleshooting skills relating to computers and applications
 * Experience with and strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems; both server and workstation
 * Microsoft SQL experience preferred
 * Understanding of network infrastructure and concepts, * Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience acceptable
 * Certifications are a plus, but equivalent and relevant education, experience, and training are acceptable

## Description

* Provide application support for end-users
 * Troubleshoot and promptly resolve user and application issues
 * Install and configure vendor supported applications
 * Maintain and update vendor supported applications
 * Thoroughly document application issues and resolutions
 * Thoroughly document data flows to and from applications
 * Assist with gathering requested data for audit purposes
 * Assist other teams and colleagues with various tasks as requested
