Preferred Skills & Certifications: * Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server certifications. * Experience with IIS security hardening and SSL/TLS management. * Knowledge of IRS 1075 compliance requirements. * Experience with cloud migration and modernization projects. Special Considerations: * Must comply with IRS 1075 audit and documentation requirements. * Role involves collaboration across multiple teams and escalation support. * Security and compliance are critical aspects of the role. ## Description This role is for a Microsoft Server & Azure IaaS Administrator responsible for managing and supporting Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, and Azure Infrastructure-as-a-Service resources. The administrator will ensure high availability, security, automation, and compliance across both on-premises and cloud infrastructures in a fully remote setting.
