 * Ansprechpartner*in für die Anwender bei inhaltlichen Fragen der jeweiligen Software
 * Verantwortung des Lifecyclemanagement der betreffenden Software und Betriebssysteme; Verwaltung und Dokumentation der IT-Assets
 * Beantragung und Vergabe von Berechtigungen für relevante Systeme wie AD, AAD, SharePoint und weitere
