 + Erfahrung im Konzernumfeld (> 10.000 Mitarbeiter).
 * Branchenkompetenz:
 + Idealerweise Expertise in Bereichen wie Energie, Handel, Banking oder vergleichbaren Industrien.
 * Zertifizierungen und Methodenkompetenz:
 + Nachweisbare Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (z. B. PMP).
 + Tiefe Kenntnisse agiler Methoden wie Scrum, SAFe etc.
 * Tool-Expertise:
 + Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tools wie Confluence und Jira.
 * Persönliche Stärken:
 + Ein innovatives Mindset und Lust auf Veränderungen.
 + Ausgeprägte Managementkompetenzen.
 + Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein Blick fürs Wesentliche.
 + Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (verhandlungssicher).
 + Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, Menschen zu begeistern und mitzunehmen.
