## Description

* Annahme und Bearbeitung eingehender Anfragen über verschiedene Kanäle (Telefon, E-Mail, Chat, Ticketsystem etc.
 * Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Lösung von Tickets unter Einhaltung von SLAs und SOPs
 * Unterstützung von Anwendern im Hardware- und Softwareumfeld
 * Durchführung von Passwortresets und Useradministration (z. B. Active Directory, Exchange, SAP)
 * Monitoring, Tracking und strukturierte Abarbeitung von Tickets
 * Nutzung von Wissensdatenbanken und Standardprozessen zur Lösungsfindung
 * Eigenständige Ergänzung von Lösungsansätzen sowie Pflege der Wissensdatenbank
 * Aktive Mitwirkung zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit
