Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Junior Software Engineer (AI-Native) - **Company:** Labeless - **Location:** München, Germany - **Experience:** Starter - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Artificial Intelligence, Databases, Cursor (Graphical User Interface Elements), Software Debugging, Node.Js, TypeScript, ReactJS, Information Technology, Free and Open-Source Software - **Published:** July 22, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.adzuna.de/details/5802984777 ## About the Role A degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience. - Solid fundamentals in TypeScript, React, and Node.js. You have built things with them, at work, in study, or on your own projects. - Real hands-on experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar). This is a must-have, not a bonus. We want to see that you already build with these and have opinions about where they help and where they don't. - The instinct to verify rather than trust. You check what the agent gives you instead of pasting it blind. - Clear communication. You can explain what you built and why. - Fluent English. German is a bonus. Nice to have: - Side projects, open-source contributions, or anything you shipped that we can look at - Exposure to databases, APIs, or cloud deployment ## Description Build and ship features on client projects and our own products, including mobile AI apps, using TypeScript, React, and Node.js - Work agent-first: use AI coding tools to move fast, then review and harden what they produce - Read and debug code you did not write, including code an agent generated - Turn loose requirements into working software with tight feedback loops ## Related Videos - [Watch Tests Go Brrrr! : Getting Started with Cypress in ReactJS](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/282-watch-tests-go-brrrr-getting-started-with-cypress-in-reactjs) - [Kubernetes and Microservices with Multi-Model Databases](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/382-kubernetes-and-microservices-with-multi-model-databases) - [Stop using Node.js like in 2020!
