## Description

* Begleitung von Konzeption, Entwicklung und Optimierung komplexer, innovativer Softwarelösungen unter Einsatz neuester Technologien und agiler Vorgehensweisen in direkter Kundenzusammenarbeit
 * Lösung technischer und konzeptioneller Herausforderungen wie Continuous Delivery und Performance-Optimierungen mit Fokus auf User Experience
 * Gezielter Einsatz KI-gestützter Entwicklungs- und Assistenztools, z. B. zur Unterstützung von Entwicklung, Fehleranalyse, Testing und Dokumentation
 * Verantwortung für Konzeption, Dokumentation und Architektur von Frontends, Apps, Schnittstellen oder Teilsystemen
 * Coaching von Mitarbeitenden, Leitung von Entwicklungsteams und Mitwirkung bei der Definition unseres technologischen Angebots
 * Kontinuierliche persönliche Weiterentwicklung durch agile Teamarbeit
