 * Sicherstellung des Betriebs von Backup-, Recovery-, Mobile-Device- und Endpoint-Management-Systemen
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents sowie Mitwirkung im Change- und Problem-Management zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
 * Administration, Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur einschließlich Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
 * Analyse, Fehlerbehebung und Performance-Optimierung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur
