 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnis

## Description

ERP-Projekt (ca. 50 %)

 * Gesamtverantwortung für die Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
 * Steuerung und Koordination eines bereichsübergreifenden Projektteams
 * Steuerung des externen Implementierungspartners
 * Anforderungen aufnehmen, strukturieren und in praktikable Prozesse übersetzen
 * Sicherstellung von Zeitplan, Budget und reibungslosen Abläufen
 * Enge Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung als Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe

Controlling (ca. 50 %, langfristig mehr)

 * Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen
 * Durchführung von Projekt- und Investitionscontrolling
 * Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Professionalisierung von KPI-, Reporting- und Steuerungsstrukturen
 * Perspektivisch klarer Schwerpunkt im Controlling nach Projektabschluss
