 * In Kundenterminen überzeugst Du bis auf Geschäftsführungsebene mit Präsentationen zu Systemen, Methoden, Prozessen und dem konkreten Business-Mehrwert.

 * Du entwickelst erste HR-IT-Strategien und Roadmaps mit Schwerpunkt SuccessFactors - immer mit Blick auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Kundschaft.

 * Fachliche Angebote und Aufwandsabschätzungen erstellst Du präzise und zielgerichtet.

 * Mit Deinem Überblick über die gesamte SuccessFactors Suite führst Du souverän Systemdemos durch.
