 * Du hast Spaß an der Kommunikation mit Kolleg:innen und zeichnest Dich durch Teamgeist und Serviceorientierung aus
 * Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch (mind. C1-Niveau)

## Description

* Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT-Fragen und unterstützt im First-Level-Support bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen (z. B. Microsoft 365, Geräte, Drucker)
 * Du bearbeitest eingehende Anfragen im Ticketsystem und koordinierst deren Weiterleitung an unser nachgelagertes externes Systemhaus, wenn erforderlich
 * Du dokumentierst Lösungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team Lösungsbausteine und Anleitungen für häufige Anfragen
 * Du unterstützt bei der Pflege unserer IT-Infrastruktur und wirkst an kleineren IT-Projekten mit (z. B. Software-Rollouts, Inventarisierung von Geräten)
