* Kompetente Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden im 2nd und 3rd Level Support (telefonisch, per E-Mail und remote) mit Hilfe standardisierter Verfahren
 * Unterstützung und Umsetzung von IMAC-Aufgaben (Installation, Move, Add, Change) für IT- und Endgeräte
 * Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Installationen und Einbettung in die vorhandene IT-Struktur in unseren Datacentern und bei Bedarf vor Ort
 * Installation und Wartung von Microsoft Produkten (Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL-Server, Exchange Server, etc.)
 * Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Helpdesk-Anfragen aus unserer Citrix-Umgebung
 * Support der eigenen Softwarelösungen
 * Wartung und Überwachung unserer Internetanbindungen, sowie der damit zusammenhängenden Firewall-, VPN- und Router Systeme
