## Description

* Konzeption, Design und Umsetzung von SAP HCM-Lösungen im Backend (ABAP, Schnittstellen, Datenmodelle)
 * Entwicklung moderner Frontend-Lösungen auf Basis von SAPUI5/Fiori
 * Programmierung: SAP S/4HANA-bezogene Entwicklungs- und Anpassungsaufgaben
 * Qualitätssicherung: Testen und Evaluieren der entwickelten Programme
 * Design & Implementierung von Fiori Applikationen - Planung und Konzeption der Überführung von bestehenden WebDynpro-Anwendungen auf Standard SAP-UI5-Anwendungen
 * Integration von SAP HCM in die bestehende Systemlandschaft im Rahmen der H4/S4-Migration
 * Technische Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung neuer HR-Prozesse
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender SAP HCM-Anwendungen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern
 * Mitarbeit im agilen Team
