The data analyst will be responsible to analyze data to support support programs, dig deep into data to determine root cause of defects, build and maintain decision support tools, and present findings to business partners. In addition the Data Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining key metrics for business reviews., * Assist in retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources to support decision-making processes * Help maintain and review KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis * Support the EU External Fulfillment Network with basic data requests * Contribute to data analysis that informs recommendations for EU EF Leadership * Participate in data mining and basic problem-solving tasks A day in the life This position is office-based. Every day is different in this role. The work you'll conduct is both proactive and reactive, requiring you to analyse the capacity per truck for the transportation network and work quickly to resolve any operational issues. You will find improvement opportunities and implement them in the network.
