You may have worked in AI infrastructure, platform engineering, high performance computing or a related field. Experience with distributed training, GPU orchestration, cloud infrastructure, modern deep learning frameworks and production software engineering will be valuable, although we care far more about your ability to solve complex technical problems than the title on your CV. The people who will thrive here are naturally curious, deeply technical and motivated by difficult problems. They enjoy building new systems rather than maintaining existing ones, are comfortable working across research and engineering, and want the freedom to make meaningful technical decisions from the outset.
