Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # HRIS Programme Manager - **Company:** Equans - **Location:** London, UK (Remote available) - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Data Migration, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), PRINCE2, HR Software - **Published:** July 22, 2026 - **Apply:** https://uk.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=49f1ca56ce732786 ## About the Role * Professional qualifications: Project Management qualification such as PMI / PMP / Prince2 or suitable track record in a similar role * Expertise in the planning and delivery of HRIS and Payroll Transformation/Change projects including project scoping and design, project planning, risk, issue and dependency management, resource planning and forecasting, financial management and benefits management * Business Case development and appraisal methods and techniques * Experience in the use of Change Management methodologies, frameworks or tools for example change impact assessments and communication strategy and planning * Able to map processes, and through structured tools and techniques identify process improvement opportunities * Able to manage the development of Systems Designs including architecture, and integrations with wider satellite systems and data * Able to Project Manage the development of a HR and Payroll Systems blueprint setting out the transition from current to future Payroll builds and processes * Able to build a HR and Payroll migration plan, including the build, test and migration from current to future Payroll and HR Systems * Able to identify and evaluate options, solve problems and make rational, evidence-based decisions including difficult trade offs * Ability to work under tight time constraints in an environment of high expectation and pressure ## Description The HRIS Programme Manager will lead a complex and critical portfolio of HRIS and Payroll projects to consolidate and upgrade Equans HR Systems & Payroll, simplifying and transforming processes and ways of working across Equans UK BU. Working across HR, Finance, Shared Services, IT and the wider business the HRIS & Payroll Programme Manager will be responsible for the design and delivery of all the changes required to deliver the transition of HR Systems and Payroll from current systems and processes into the standard Equans HR & Payroll systems and processes and then ultimately into the new Group wide Success Factors platform. This is a complex programme of change which will ultimately impact c 13,000 employees and transform a number of critical business processes. The portfolio of projects is likely to have a significant delivery budget in excess of £5m to manage with benefits across the business plan of £10m+. The role holder will provide both programme / project management and change management expertise but also bring significant previous experience and knowledge of delivering HRIS and Payroll migrations and transformations with knowledge of both the relevant systems, their integrations and data migration. The role holder will need to support the business with moving from current to future Processes and Systems, understanding their requirements whilst driving the Equans strategy focussed on simplification and standardisation. The role holder will need to manage a wide range of senior stakeholders up to Exec level, ensuring buy in to design and delivery from both a functional and operational /divisional perspective. The role holder will also need to work closely with Group stakeholders ensuring the UKs requirements are understood and interests represented at a Global level.
