## About the Role

* Previous experience in either an MSP support desk or field/customer facing role
 * Windows 11-10 OS & Desktop OS experience
 * Office 365 administration e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams
 * Active Directory/AzureAD
 * Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting
 * Intune and EntraID experience
 * Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets and reports
 * Full UK Drivers licence - essential

## Description

The roles and responsibilities of the role include administering 1st Line support requests, accurate call logging and relevant escalation when necessary. Working closely with the other Service Desk team in a collaborative environment and line management whilst sharing experience and skills where applicable.

The company is growing rapidly through acquisitions and with a career pathway to work your way into a 3rd Line role, now is an exciting time to join.
