* Strong commercial experience within Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field
 * Advanced SQL skills, including the use of CTEs and Window Functions
 * Experience developing dashboards and reports in Power BI
 * Strong understanding of the Microsoft and Azure data ecosystem
 * Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships across multiple business functions
 * Experience delivering business-facing analytics projects from inception through to implementation
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a commercial mindset
 * Comfortable working independently while collaborating within cross-functional teams

## Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across operations, finance, commercial teams, transformation, and technology to deliver actionable insights that support business performance., * Leading end-to-end analytics projects from requirements gathering through to delivery and presentation

 * Building meaningful insights from complex datasets to support strategic and operational decision-making
 * Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
 * Writing complex SQL queries within a cloud-based data warehouse environment
 * Partnering with Data Engineering teams to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and fit for purpose
 * Supporting a major transformation programme focused on creating a single customer view across multiple data sources
 * Working closely with project and transformation teams to define analytical requirements and measure success
 * Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
 * Translating data into clear commercial actions that drive business value
 * Championing data-driven decision making across the wider business
