## Description

* Sicherstellung der standardisierten CAFM-Nutzung sowie Mitwirkung an Weiterentwicklung, Prozessoptimierungen und Systemeinführunge
 * Aufbereitung und Strukturierung von Daten für Migrationen
 * Eigenständige Umsetzung von Projekten mit der Facility Management Software vom Konzept bis zum Release
 * Instandhaltung und Customizing der FM Software und Durchführung von Updates
 * Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden bei der Einführung und/oder Erweiterung der Softwarelösungen, als zuverlässige und professionelle Ansprechperson während der gesamten Projektabwicklun
 * Erfassung und Analyse von Anforderungen und Geschäftsprozessen zur Weiterentwicklung der FM Softwarelösungen
 * Überwachung des jährlichen FM Software Projektbudgets
 * Anpassung / Prüfung von CAD Zeichnungen nach Pflichtenheft
 * Controlling des Bereiches Bau und Facility Management, inkl. Investitions- und Sachkostenplanung
 * Erstellen und Pflegen IT Dokumentationen
